DMCA / Report and removal
Pimmee does not contain or distribute third-party videos or images: it only publishes links, website names and their icons. This page explains how to report illegal content or request the removal of a listing.

Illegal content: zero tolerance
We list no website containing child sexual abuse material, content shared without the consent of the people depicted (including intimate images), or other manifestly illegal content. If you find any on a listed website, write to contact@pimmee.com with the address of the page concerned: the listing will be removed without delay.
You can also report it to the authorities: in France, the PHAROS platform (internet-signalement.gouv.fr); internationally, the INHOPE network (inhope.org); in the United States, the NCMEC (report.cybertip.org).
Removal request (copyright, trademark, privacy)
If you believe that a listing, name or icon on Pimmee infringes your rights, send contact@pimmee.com a message containing:
- the address (URL) of the Pimmee page concerned;
- a description of the right claimed (protected work, trademark, personal data) and proof that you own it or act on behalf of its owner;
- your contact details (name, email, postal address);
- a statement that you act in good faith and that the information provided is accurate; for a claim based on US copyright law (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)), a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the right or authorised to act on its behalf;
- your signature (full name).
How requests are handled
We review complete requests as promptly as possible and remove the listing concerned when the request is well founded. Manifestly abusive or incomplete requests may be rejected.
Content hosted by third-party websites
If the disputed content is on the third-party website itself (videos, images), the request must be sent to that website's publisher or host: Pimmee has no power to remove it.
Counter-notice
If a listing was removed by mistake, its publisher may write to contact@pimmee.com to contest it by showing their rights. We will review the request again.
