Privacy policy

In short
Pimmee asks for no account and contains no form. This page describes the data the site processes and the rights you have.
Data processed
The site processes in particular the following data:
- Local storage in your browser: a flag showing that you confirmed you are an adult (key “age-verified”). It stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. You can remove it by clearing the site's data in your browser.
- Technical logs: like any website, the host records connection information (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser type) to keep the service secure and working.
- Language: your browser states its preferred languages (Accept-Language header). We use it only to redirect you to the right version of the site and do not store it.
Third-party services
The fonts, icons and flags displayed are hosted with the site. The site may also use third-party services (for example advertising or audience measurement), which may set cookies or access information on your device. Such services, and your choices about them, are described in this policy when they are used.
Links to third-party websites
Links to listed websites open in a new tab and send no referrer. Once on a third-party website, its own privacy policy applies: read it before providing information or a means of payment. Pimmee processes no payments.
Legal basis and retention
Technical logs rely on our legitimate interest in securing the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept for a limited period set by the host.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your personal data. To exercise them, write to contact@pimmee.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
Minors
The site is off-limits to minors. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
Changes
This policy may be updated, in particular when analytics, advertising or cookies are used. In that case it will be updated before they are enabled, and your consent will be requested where the law requires it.
